Return of goods according to the European legislation in force: contact customer service within 15 days (8 days in case of B2B purchase) from receipt of the goods (email or chat). In case of damaged packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier specifying the reason for the refusal and possibly take a photo to send to our customer service.
