GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS B2B CONCEPT STORE WEBSHOP

 

These General Conditions of Online Sale are governed by the rules on electronic commerce and by Spanish law and apply exclusively to the sale via the Internet (Online Sale), in which the buyer is a person who purchases for business or professional reasons. and not for personal reasons.

Jurupa Europe SL is available to provide customers, even by telephone, with any clarification regarding the content of these General Conditions of Online Sale.

1. Definitions and applicability

1.1. In these terms and conditions, the following terms have the meanings stated:

- Order: order of a Product by a Customer;

- Seller: NONONO STORE owned by Jurupa Europe SL - Calle Cefeo 86, 03006, Alicante/Alacant, Spain

- Customer: a natural person who visits the Web Shop, places or wishes to place an Order, acting in the context of commercial or professional activities, on his own account or in the name and on behalf of a company, organization, association, in possession of regular VAT number;

- Contract: the contract for the purchase of a Product by the Customer through the Web Shop;

- Product / Products: the product / s that NONONO STORE offers for sale in the Web Shop;

- Web shop: the online shop with the domain name nononostore.com

1.2. These terms and conditions apply to every use of the Web Shop, to every NONONO STORE offer in the Web Shop, to every purchase of Products through the Web Shop and to all Agreements concluded and to be concluded between NONONO STORE and the Customer and related obligations.

 

2. Use of the online shop

2.1. The Web Shop can only be used by Customers.

2.2. By using the Web Shop, the Customer agrees:

i) to use the Web Shop for legitimate purposes or Orders;

ii) to use the Web Shop in the context of commercial, commercial or professional activities;

iii) keep your (access) data to the Web Shop confidential and not provide such data to third parties;

iv) not to place false or fraudulent Orders;

v) provide NONONO STORE with correct (contact) information in a truthful and exact manner;

vi) that these general conditions apply.

 

3. Offers

3.1. The illustrations of the Products in the Web Shop are indicative. The colors on the Customer's computer display may differ from the Product colors. The sizes specified in the Web Shop are also indicative.

3.2. All offers are without obligation; an Order binds NONONO STORE only after NONONO STORE has accepted the Order.

3.3. Obvious errors or errors in the offer of the Products do not bind NONONO STORE.

 

4. The price

4.1. The price of the Products is the price specified in the Web Shop, unless it is an obvious error.

4.2. In case of obvious errors in the prices, NONONO STORE will inform the Customer who placed the order as soon as possible. The Customer will then have the option to confirm the Order at the correct price or to cancel the Order. In the event that NONONO STORE does not contact the Customer, the amount paid by the Customer will be refunded.

4.3. NONONO STORE does not require a minimum purchase amount.

4.4. Product prices include any VAT only for countries in the EU area in case of B2C purchase and do not include shipping costs, which are free with the minimum purchase required;

4.5. Prices can be changed at any time. Except as provided in paragraph 2, this will not affect the Orders that NONONO STORE has confirmed.

 

5. Establishment of the agreement

5.1. An Order is placed by the Customer who completes the order process in the Web Shop.

5.2. Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 3, the Contract is established once NONONO STORE has electronically confirmed the receipt of an Order and the Customer has satisfied the conditions stipulated with the Order.

5.3. In the event that NONONO STORE has valid reasons for not concluding the Contract, it has the right to refuse an Order or to stipulate special conditions for processing.

 

6. Delivery

6.1. Without prejudice to the provisions of article 5, NONONO STORE will propose the accepted Orders to the UPS courier service as soon as possible, but no later than three days from receipt of payment, unless the delivery time is different. In the event that the delivery is delayed or an Order cannot be processed or can be even partially processed, the Customer will be informed no later than three days after placing the Order. In this case, the Client has the right to terminate the Agreement at no cost.

6.2. Following the dissolution pursuant to the previous paragraph, NONONO STORE will immediately refund the amount that the Customer has paid.

6.3. Instructions for the collection of the goods: Upon receipt of the material and before signing the document to the Courier who delivers the goods, the Customer is required to carefully check that the number of packages delivered is consistent with those mentioned on the transport document. The Customer is also required to check the physical state of the packages, checking that they have not been tampered with and / or damaged. For any problem encountered, the Customer will put the word ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE by inserting the reason directly on the delivery document (for example: missing package, broken package, tampered package, etc.).

 

7. Payment

7.1. The Customer makes the payment according to the payment methods proposed in the order procedure and under the stipulated conditions. The customer who purchases must pay in advance using one of the following methods: credit card, debit card, Paypal, bank transfer.

7.2. The Customer must immediately inform NONONO STORE of any inaccuracies in the payment information he has provided or specified.

 

8. Retention of title

8.1. The ownership of the Products passes to the Customer only after the purchase amount has been paid in full.

 

9. Supply defects

9.1. The Customer must report the existence of defects in the supply within the period of forfeiture of eight days from the date of delivery of the items. In the event that the Customer has ordered multiple Products in the same Order, the Period starts from the day on which the Customer received the last Product.

9.3. During this period, the Customer will treat the Products, packaging and labels with care. The Customer will unpack or use the Product only to the extent necessary to determine the nature and characteristics of the Product. The starting point in this is that the Customer may only use and inspect the Product as is customary in a physical store.

9.4. The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from any manipulation by the Customer in violation of the previous paragraph.

9.5. In the event that the Customer wishes to exercise his right, he will inform NONONO STORE within the period of 8 days from the date of delivery of the items, via the return form in his Account,

9.6. The Customer returns the Product (including the labels) as quickly as possible, but in any case within the period of 8 days (B2B) or 15 days (B2C), to the following address: JURUPA EUROPE SL -  Calle Cefeo 86, 03006, Alicante/Alacant, Spain.

9.7. The Customer returns the Product together with all the accessories delivered, in the original condition and packaging.

9.8. The Customer returns the Product as follows: The Customer accesses the Web Shop on "my account", using the login data he has previously created and selects "returns". If a Customer logs in for the first time, she must request a password;

9.9. In the event that the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer, he must also communicate his IBAN number, SWIFT code, bank name and place where the bank is located;

9.10. NONONO STORE will process the return shipments within five working days of receipt of the returned goods and will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail. In case of damaged and / or used goods (example: clothing worn for longer than a size test) See article 9.3, NONONO STORE will send the Customer an e-mail to that effect. If the Customer has not provided all the information requested in this article, the processing by NONONO STORE may take longer.

9.11. NONONO STORE reimburses the Customer for all payments that NONONO STORE has charged for products canceled immediately after the order (if this has not already been shipped) within 1-30 days from the day the Customer reports the cancellation to NONONO STORE.

9.12. For the reimbursement, the NONONO STORE uses the same account number that the Customer used for his payment, unless otherwise agreed. The refund does not involve any cost for the Customer.

9.13. The products that the Customer has purchased in the Web Shop can only be returned in the manner provided for in these terms and conditions.

9.14. In the event that the Customer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, NONONO STORE will not reimburse the additional costs of the more expensive method.

 

10. Privacy

By providing their personal (personal) data, the Customer accepts that NONONO STORE can use this data to contact the Customer and process the data as described in the privacy policy.

 

11. Complaints

11.1 The Customer can send complaints by e-mail to be sent to customerservice@nononostore.com , NONONO STORE will handle the complaints within five working days.

12. Other provisions

12.1. In the event that any of these terms and conditions are null or void, this will not affect the other terms and conditions.

12.2. NONONO STORE has the right to revise and modify these general terms and conditions at any time. The general conditions are published here.

 

13. Applicable law

13.1. All agreements and these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Spanish law.
